AND IMP~Og~M~T SqDCURITIES FOR DR 92-11
WH~RFAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho (klcamonga,
California, has for its consideration an //~provemer~ Agreement executed on
January 19, 1994, by Randolph S. Davis and Sandra P. Davis as developers, for
the construction of the C~,uL~nity ~trian Trail and other related
i~ adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located at 9400 ~ Street; and
WHerEAS, the installation of such ~ts, descr~ in said
Improvement A~3re~ment and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunctio~ with the development of said real property as referred to as
DR 92-11; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Securities, which are identified in said
Impro~m~_nt Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, ~{E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(5{O ~,
HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
That said Improvement Agreement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and

That said Improvement Securities are accepted as
good and sufficient, subject to approval as to form
and content thereof by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 1994.
