~ION AND ~ SHX~TY FOR ~gr 14192-1
~H~I~EAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~mrfzla,
California, b~as for its consideration an ]~t Agreement Extension
executed on JaD,,a~y 19, 1994, by Hix Development as developer, for the
im~ of public right-of-way adjacent to the real prcgerty specifically
described ~in, and generally located on the east side of Hellman Avenue
south of 19th Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~rovemer~:s, described in said
I~ Agreement and subject to tb~ terms thereof, is to be done in
oonjunctionwiththe develo~t of said Tract 14192-1; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement A~3reement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of P~ancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improv~ A~reement Extension and said
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement A~3reement Extension on behalf of
tb~ City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
