EXI~I(~AND ~=~OV~T~POR~ACT 13759
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~mon~a,
California, has for its consideration an I~ A~3reement Extension
ew~uted on Jar~ary 21, 1993, by F~ Mai T.~m~t~~w~ as develop, for the
i~ of public right-of-way adjacent to the real ~ specifically
described therein, and generally located at the w~st side of Haven Avenue,
south of Vict~ia Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement A~3reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13759; and
WHEREAS, said Im~rov~t Agreement Extension is seoared and
acc~ed by good and sufficient Improv~nent Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Im/~Dv~_nt A~e__~nt Extension and said
Iapro---~t Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 1994.
