did cu~sider an I~ ~greement, relat_~ Security and Momm~nta~on Cash
Deposit, su~tted by Sheffield-Alta ic~a 55, Ltd., A California
~, as developer, f~r the im~ of public right-of-way adjacent
the ~ side of Haven Avenue north of Banyan Street and release of the
previously approved Im~row~ent Agreement, Security and Monumentation C~sh
Deposit for Kajima DeveloF~ent Corporation.
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and acoompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Imp~t Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~K)
HERf~Y RESOLVES that (1) said Im~ow~e~t Agreement, Security, and
Monumentation Ca_~h Deposit suhnitted by S~effield-Alta Loma 55, Ltd., A
California T,'JzLlited Par~p are hereby approved, (2) the previously
approved Improvement Agreement, Security and Monumentation C~.~h Deposit from
Kajima Development Corporation are released and (3) the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign said Improvement ;~t on behalf of the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
