A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY (IX~CIL OF ~ CITY OF RANCHO
EXCESS STREET RI~T-OF-WAY AT ~HE SOUTHEAST ~ OF
WHEREAS, by (~mapter 4, Article 1, Sectic~ 8330, of the Streets and
Highway Oode, tb~ City Oouncil of the City of Rancho O~mon~a is authorized
to su~%rily vacate a porti~ of a street or highway as exDess right-of-way
herein more particularly described; and
~{~%EAS, t/he City Oouncil found all the evidence su~ni~ that said
portions of streets are no longer required for street or highway purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Oouncil of tb~ City of
Rancho Cucamonga as follows:
S~L"ITON 1: ~hat the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cucam0~ga
hereby makes its order vacating said portions of street as shown on Map V-128
marked Exhibit "A", on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, which has been further described in a legal description
which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B", and by reference made a part
thereof.
S~/fION 2: The subject vacation shall be subject to the reservations
and exceptions, if any, for existing utilities on record.
S~L-TION 3: ~nat from and after the date the resolution is
said excess right-of-way no longer constitutes portions of said street.
S~CTION 4: That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino CDunty, California.
SECTION 5: That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this resolution, and it shall therupon take effect and be in
force.
