A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OOUNCIL OF q~E CITY OF ~
CUCAMONC~, CAT~Ff~N/A, APPROVING P~MAP~t~14331
WHt~FAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 14331, suhni~ by Lewis }k~es
of California, Subdivider, and consisting of 2 paroels, located at the
northeast corner of Spruce Avenue and Foothill Boulevard, was approved by the
Planning (k-',.,.i~ion of April 14, 1993, as provid~ in the State Subidivison
Map Act and is in cc~pliance with the requlr~ments of Ordinance No. 28 of said
city; and
~HEREAS, Parcel ~p ~r 14331 is the final map of the divisio~ of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the rec~Hrements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCI~O CUCAMONC~
Ht~EBYRESOLVES as follows:
Tnat the Final Map be approved and the City Clerk is autorized
to execute the certificate thereon behalf of said City; and
That said Parcel Map No. 14331 be and the same is hereby
approved and the City Engir~_r is authorized to present same to
the County Recorder to be filed for record.
