V~5~EAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho (~lcam~ adopted
Resolution No. 89-044 accepting a Real Property I~rove~ent Contract and Lien
Agreement fr~m ~dward C. and Roxar~ M. C~rdoza; and
was ~ in Official ]~ecords of San Bernardino Oounty, California, on
March 10, 1989 as Document No. 89-087028; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVHD that the City Council of the City of
P~ancho Cucamonga does hereby release said Real Property I~ ~ontract
and Lien Agreement and t_hat the City Clerk shall cause Release of Lien to be
reoorded in the offioe of the County Recorder of San Bernardino Oounty,
California.
