FOR THE TERRA VISTA PARKNAY M~DIANS AND AUTHORIZING THE
FTI.TNG OF A NOTICE OF (II~PLEi~ON FOR THE ~DRK
WHEREAS, the construction of public i~ for the Terra vista
Parkway Medians have been completed to the satisfaction of the City ~hgineer;
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is requ/red to be filed, oertifing
the work complete.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Pancho O~amonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City ~gineer is
authorized to sign and file a 'Rotice of Completion with the County Recorder
of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADO~ this 2nd day of February, 1994.
