FOR CONTRACT FOR ASPHALT OVaHAY ON H~MS AV~qUE, LUCAS
FII.ING OF A NOTICE OF CCP/~_ATION FOR THE WC~K
WHEREAS, the construction of public /a~Tow~ts for Contract for
Asphalt Overlay on Helms Avenue, Lucas Ranch road, and Santa Anita Avenue,
have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~mpletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cu~
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~,~letion with the Oounty Reoorder of
PASSED, APPROVSD, and ADOPlOD this 19th day of January, 1994.
