FOR REadY'ACING OF ~~J3tN RINKS AT H~RITAGE ~
PARK AND A33THORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF (IPS=iEE/ON
WHEREAS, the constructio~ of public i~ for Contract for
Resurfacing of ~questrian Rinks at Heritage Cum~unity Park have been completed
to the satisfaction of the city Engineer; and
WHfREAS, a Notice of Completion is requ~ed to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Pancho O,camnnga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City f~gineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder of
PASSfD, APPROVED, and ADOPIeD this 19th day of January, 1994.
