WHEREAS, th~ co~on of public i~ for Milliken Avenue
Bike Route and Base T.~r~e Road Bike Lane, Phase 1, have bee~ c~pleted to the
satisfactic~ of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of C~letion is required to be filed, certifying
the work cc~plete.
NOW, THerEFORE, the City Council of the City of Ranch~ O,camonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accept_~d_ and the City Engineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~mpletion with the County Reoorder of
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPlOD this 19th day of January, 1994.
