A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~ OF THE CITY OF PANCHO

AUTHORIZING ~HE FII.ING OF A NOTICE OF ~ON FOR THE
WHEREAS, the construction of public im~xoveme~cs for the Jersey
Boulevard Railroad Crossing have been completed to the satisfaction of tb~
City Engineer; and
W~AS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho O,camonga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and tb~ City ~gineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of CUmpletion with the County Recorder of
PASSED, APPROVe), and ADOPlOD this 19th day of January, 1994.
