WHEREAS, the construction of public i~ for Parcel Map
12959-1 bmm been cc~letedtothe satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WH~%S, a Notice of Cumpletion is requ~ed to be filed, certifying
the work oc~plete.
NOW, ~mREFORE, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho O~monga
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby accepted and the City Engi~_~r is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with the Oounty Recorder of
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 1994.
