A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~E CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROV~4~4T AG~4~T
EXT~SION AND ~ROV]D~T SECURITY FOR TRACTS 14379 AND
14380
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Rancho O~Amonga,
California, ba-~ for its consid__~ation an I~~.~t Agreement Extension
exeo/tsd on January 19, 1994, by Watt Hc~es as developer, fo~ the ~
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located on the northwest corner of Etiwanda Avenue and
24th Street; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improv~-~_nt~, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develo~nent of said Tracts 14379 and 14380; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
california hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and tb~ Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improv~t Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
