A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ~ OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ]/~oROV~T AGR~T
EXT~SIONAND ~0V~TS~ FC~TRACT 14192-1
~, the City Council of the City of Rancho O,canra~/a,
California, has for its consideration an ~t A~lreement Extension
executed on Jar~,~y 19, 1994, by Hix Develo~ as developer, for the
i~provement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the east side of M~11man Avenue
south of 19th Street; and
~EAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 14192-1; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Lmprovement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
/m~yrow=~_~t Secxlrity be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
