A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF
~SIONAND I}~OV~T~FORTRACT 13717
WHEREAS, tb~ City Council of the City of Rancho
California, barn for its consideration an Improvement A~r~nt Extensio~
exeo/ted on Jan, m~y 19, 1994, by Lewis Hcm~s as developer, for the
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real pr~ specifically described
therein, and generally located on the northeast corner of Church Street and
Spruce Avenue; and
~EAS, the installation of such ~prov~ents, described in said
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13717; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said ~t Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho O,camonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement A~reement Extension and said
Improvement Security be and the same are bm_~eby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agre~nent Extension on behalf of
t_he City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
