INITIAL ~Y AND ISSUANCE OF A N~GATIVE D~CIARATION FCR

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~a~ga has
reviewed all available input concerning the prc~ Adult Sports Ccmplex
~M~REAS, an Envir~mmntal A~~nt Study b~ been prepared purmmnt
to the California Environmental Quality ~t, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of tb~ City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby approve the Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of a
Negative Declaration for the proposed Adult Sports C~lex Expanded Parking
S~CITON 1: The City Oouncil of th~ City of Rancho O~mmmnga
does hereby approve the Environmental Assessment Initial Study and issuance of
a Negative Declaration for the proposed Adult Sports Complex Expanded Parking
StaTION 2: The City Clerk is directed to file a Notioe of
Determination pursuant to the California Environmental Quality B~t.
