A RESOLUi~ON OF THE CITY CO~CIL OF THE CITY OF

WHerEAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 13601, submitted by Arrc~ Rancho
Cucamonga Realty, Incorporated, and consisting of 2 parcels located at the
north side of Fulton Oourt, east of Utica Avenue was appxDved by the Pla~
O,,{,.{-~ion of the City of Rancho O~mor~a, c~ Nov---=mber 14, 1990, ar~ is in
cc~plianoe with the State Subdivisio~ Map Act and Local Ozdinance No. 28
adopted pursuant to that Act; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 13601 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to appx~mral
of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(~O (/3C2~KINGA HER~Y
RESOLVES, that said Parcel Map No. 13601 is hereby approved and the City
Engi~ is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for
record.
