A~jency"), has previously declared its intention and held and cc~ducted
-f~ed{r~3s relatin~ to the levy of special taxes and the is~mnc~_ ~ of bcmds in
a o~attmity facilities district, as a~ized pursuant to the terms and
provisitors of the '9~ello-Roos C~,m~nity Facilities Act of 1982", being Chapter
2.5, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the Government (kx~e of the Stats of
Califc~nia (the "Act"), said C~t,,~nity Facilities District designated as
OC~94UNITY FAC~I.ITIES DISTRICT NO. 93-3 (FOfYll{ILL MARKETPIACE) (hereinafter
referred to as the "District"); and,
WHEREAS, said legislative body did call for and order to be held an
election to suitnit to the qualified electors of the District a proposition
relating to the levy of special taxes and the issuance of bonds in the
District; and,
WHEREAS, at this time said election has been held and the measure
voted upon and did receive the favcx-able 2/3's vote of the qualified electors,
and this legislative body does desire to declare the favorable results oft he
election in accordance with the provisions of the Elections Code of the State
of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamongadoes
hereby resolve as follows:
S~2TION 1. That the above recitals are all true and correct.
S~CTION 2. ~nat this legislative body hereby receives and approves
the CERTIFICATE OF ~iFCTION OFFICIAL AND ~ OF VOTES CAST, as ~tted
by the Election Official, said Statsment setting forth the number of votes
cast in the election, the measure voted upon, and the number of votes given
for and/or against the m~a~zre voted upon. A copy of said Certificate and
Statement is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", reference and so
incorporated__.
S~CTION 3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed, pur~3__m_nt to the
provisions of the Elections Code of the State of California, to enter in the
minutes the results of the election as set forth in said ~ OF VOTES
CAST.
