A RESOLUTI(~ OF THE CITY ~ OF ~{E CITY OF ~
(I~CAMC~GA, CALIF(~IA, ~ING~HEPC~%TI~OF~
_FACl~.~IES DISTRICT 93-3 (P00~437;. ~[~/~I~q~%CE) TO BE
WH~%EAS, a public hearing bag been held and concluded, and the CITY
OOL~CIL of the CITY OF RANf~O (~DNGA, (he~einafte~ referred to as the
"legislative body of the Local A~ency"), is ~irous at this time to prooeed
with the establishment of a _~'~,~,~-lity facilities d/strict, pursuant to the
terms and ~x~isic~s of the '94ello-Rooe C--~.-~.-~ity Facilities Act of 1982",
being Chapter 2.5, Part 1, Divisio~ 2, Title 5 of the Government Code of the
State of California (the Act); said C~ty Facilities District shall
hereinafter be referred to as ~ F~fr~.TTLES D~CT NO. 93-3 (P00/~T~z.
MARKETPIACE) (hereinafter referred to as the "District"); and,
WHEREAS, the facilities to be acquired by this District have been
included and were approved as part of Parcel Map No. 13724; and,
NOW, THerEFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cuca~ does
hereby resolve as follows:
That the above recitals are all true and correct.
S~U/ON 2. ~nis Council finds and determines that the project
identified above in this Resolution is exempt frcm the req~~ of the
California Enviro~l Quality Act of 1970, as amended, and the Guidelines
promulgated thereunder, pursuant to Section 15061 (b)(3) of the State C~
PASSED, APPRDV~D, and ADOPTED this 1st day of December, 1993.
