CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ~ AG~R~T

WHEREAS, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho O~am0nga,
California, has for its oonsideration an l~ Agreement Extensic~
~ on D~c~mh~r 1, 1993, by Friedman H~es as developer, for the
im~x~~ of public right-of-way adjaoent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located at the n0xTheast oorner of Archibald
Avenue and Carrari Street; and
~EREAS, tb~ installation of such i~, described in said
conjunction with the develc~ of said Tract 13316; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agre~m~J~ Extension is seo/red and
accc~0anied by good and sufficient Imp~ovement Security, which is identified
in said I~ Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho
California hereby resolves, that said Improv~ent Agre~nent Extension and said
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
