A RESOI33TION OF THE CITY C0L~CIL OF THE CITY OF RANC~0
AND~ROV~T~FORDEVELOPM~REVIE~NO. 93-05
~E~EAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O,ca~nga,
California, has for its consideration an Im~rove~mt k~reem~t executed on
D~o=mb~ 1, 1993, by Lee and Stires, Inc. for Golf Learnin~ ~enter as
developer, for the i~ of public right-of-way adjacent to the real
property specifically described therein, and generally locat~d_ on the north
side of Arrow Route, approximately 800 feet east of Milliken Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~, descr~ in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develc~ of said real property referred to as
Development R~view No. 93-05; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and acccm-~anied by
good and sufficient Impr~ement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAN(~O ~,
HER~Y RESOLVES as follows:
That said Improvement A~3reement be and the same is
approved and theMayor is authorizedto execute same
on behalf of said City ar~ the City Clerk is
authorized toattestthereto; and

That said Improvement Security is accepted as good
and sufficient, subject to approval as to form and
content thereof by the City Attorney.
