WHfREAS, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho C~w~a has f~r its
consideration a Reimbursement ~greement submitted by the Pennhill O~T?ny, as
developer of Tract No. 14866, for the cor~truction of a portion of the Alta
WHEREAS, the developer, at the developer's expense, has completed
said construction of the channel; and
WHfREAS, the cwners of the adjacent properties will share in the
~ of the construction of the channel as stipulated in said Reimbursement
agr m Z.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of tb~ City of Rancho O~amn~ga does
hereby resolve that said Reimkurm~m~r~ A~ be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said R~m~sement
Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to
attest hereto and cause said Agreement to record.
