$~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~nga adopted
Resolution No. 82-163 accepting a Real Property Improv~nt CUrttract and Lien
;~3r~frc~Mes~~C~fc~ParoelMap7244; and
~REAS, Me~ Investment Company sold Paroel 4 ar~ the northerly
183 feet of Parcel 3 of Paroel Map 7244 to Barnst~le Associates; and
was reoorded in Official Records of San Be~ County, California, on
September 22, 1982, as Document No. 82-190017; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Oontract and Lien Agreement is no longer
required for Paroel 4 and the northerly 183 feet of Parcel 3 of Parcel Map
7244.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Oouncil of the City of
rancho Cucamonga does hereby release said Real Property I~ Oontract
and Lien Agreement frc~ Parcel 4 and the northerly 183 feet of Parcel 3 of
Parcel Map 7244 and that the City Clerk shall cause Rel~_se of Lien to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Be~ County,
California.
