described therein, and generally located at the east oorner of Terra vista
Parkway East and M~ntain View Drive; and
WHEREAS, the installation of suc~ i~x=~ements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be do~e in
oonjunction with the development of said real p~ referred to as Parcel
Map 11640; and

good and sufficient Improvement Securities, which is identified in said
