WHerEAS, the City Council of the City of Rar~ho O~m~a ~
Oxdinance No. 58 c~ February 21, 1979, to establish requ~w~w~s for
~ucti(m of public ~ in cc~junction with buildir~ permit
WH~RFAS, installatic~ of sidewalk and street trees and removal of the
existing hrick/~t iron fence within the right-of-way, est~_blished as
prerequisite to issuance of building permit for an addition to a single family
residence at 9029 Caballero Drive has been met by entry into a Real Prope~ ty
Improve~er~ Contract and Lien A~reement by Martin R. Clever and Janice A.
Clever.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~ (~JCAMC~,
CALIFOR~riA H~R~Y RESOLVES to acoept said Real Property ~ Co~tract
and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk tosignsame, and
directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the COunty~r of
SanBernard/no County, California.
