CALIFORNIA H~Y RESOLVES to accept said Real Property I~ (kxfcract
and Lien A~re~ment, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and
directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the Oounty Becorder of
PASSED, ~, and ADOPlOD this 17th day of November, 1993.
