~REAS, the City Council found all the evidence su~nitted that a
portion of the Bexyl-Hellman Storm ~rain ~m-nt, located south of 19th
Street and west of Hellman Aver~, is ~~y for present or ~~cive
the purpose for which it was ded{c~ted or acqu/red f~r five consecutive years
immediately preceding the proposed vacation.
NC~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Oouncil of the city of
Rancho Cucamo~ as follc~s:
S~2TION 1: That the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho
hereby makes its order vacating that portion of ~ on Map V-127, m file
in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Rancho (1%ua~,~l~3~, which has
been further described in a legal description which is attached hereto, marked
Exhibits ""A" and "B", and by reference made a part thereof.
S~"TION 2: That frc~n and after the date the resolution is recorde~___,
said portion of storm drain easem~J~t, located south of 19th Street ar~ west of
Hellman Avenue, no longer constitutes a public storm drain e~.~m~nt.
S~ITON 3: That the City Clerk shall cause a oertified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the COunty ~ of San
Bernardino County, California.

That certain portion of the South 150.00 feet of the North 500.00
feet of the East 563.00 feet of the East one-half of Lot 2, Block
12 of the Cucamonga Homestead Association, in the City of Rancho
Cucamonga, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per
map filed in Map Book 6, Page 46, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County, lying Westerly of the following described
line:
Beginning at a point on the North line of Parcel No. 2 of Parcel
Map No. 3189, in said City, as per map filed in Parcel Map Book 30,
Page 95, in said recorders office, distant 150.00 feet Westerly of
the Northeast corner thereof; thence North 10" West to the North
line of said South 150.00 feet of the North 500.00 feet of Lot 2
and the terminus of said line description. Said line is shown as
line "A" on the vacation plat attached herewith and made a part
hereof.
EXCEPT a strip of land 40.00 feet wide, lying 20.00 feet on each
side of the following described line:

the North 500.00 feet, said point being North 89"39'05" East, 47.81
