Local Oxdinance No. 28 ad~ p~ to that Act; and
~EAS, Parcel Map NO. 13075 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shc~n c~ said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WH~RFAS, all of the re~ements esta_blished as prerequisite to
approval of tb~ final map by the City Oouncil of said City have now been met;
WHEREAS, said Developer ~,~m~i'ts for approval said Parcel Map offering
for dedication, for street, highway and related highway purposes, the streets
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COL~qCIL OF THE CITY OF
HEREBY RESOLVES, that the offers for dedication and the final map delineating
the same for said Parcel Map NO. 10375 is hereby ap~, and the City
Engineer is authorized to present same to the COunty Reoorde__~r to be filed for
record.
