A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY (IX~W~L OF ~E ~ OF ~
~EAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~cAmonga,
Califc~, has for its co~sideratio~ an ~ A~ Extensic~
executed c~ November 3, 1993, by The William Ly-~ C~ as developer, for
the i~ of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located c~ Lark ~rive West of
Rochester Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installatio~ of such i~, described in said
Impro~zfc A~reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tmrk Drive Street I~; and
WHERFAS, said Improv~ent Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient L~ Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~amonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement A~reement Extension and said
hereby authorized to sign said I~ A~reement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPRDV~D, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of November, 1993.
