~RFAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~.~3a,
California, bm.~ for its cc~sideratio~ an ~ ;~ Extension
executed on November 3, 1993, by Lewis Ho~e~ as developer, for the ~
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, an~ generally located c~ Church Street between ~lm Avenue West and
~.]m Avenue East; and
~I~EAS, the installatic~ of such ~, described in said
Im~rove~J~ Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be _dc_,ne in
co~junction with the develc~a~t of said ~hurch Street In~ox~%~/fcs; and
R~EAS, said Improv~m~.nt Agreement Extension is secured and
aocc~ed by good and sufficient Improvement Seoarity, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho
California hereby resolves, that said L~ A~3reement Extension and said
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
