California, has for its co~sidexatic~ an I~ A~ Extensic~
executed c~ November 3, 1993, by Style Hc~es as developer, for the i~~
of public right-of-way adjaoent to the real propexty specifically described
therein, and generally located c~ the w~st side of ~.~t Avenue between Catalpa
Street and Victoria Stret; and
~{~%EAS, the installation of su~ i~-v~, described in said
I~prov~ Agre~ ar~ subject to the terms thereof, is to be do~e in
conjunction with the develo~ of said Paroel Map 12854; and
WHEREAS, said Im~n~e~ent Aqreement Extension is secured and
acc~ed by good and sufficient I~ Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho ~~,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
hereby authorized to sign said L~ Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest ~.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of November, 1993.
