~{EREAS, the City Oour~il of the City of Ranoho O~mc~ga,
California, has for its comsideratiom an I~ Agreement Extensic~
executed c~ November 3, 1993, by ~he William Lye1 C~m~any as developer, for
the i~ of public right-of-way adjaoent to the real
specifically ~ibed therein, and generally located on the north side of
Base Line Road at Ellena Avenue; and
~tEREAS, the installatica1 of such i~~, descr~ in said
conjunction with the develc~ of said Parcel Map 9350; and
WHEREAS, said ~t Acjreement Extension is secured and
acccmpanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is i__~entified
in said Impr~ Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~mor~a,
California hereby resolves, that said I~ Agreement Extension and said
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement A~ Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the city Clerk to attest thereto.
