WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~monga,
California, bm.~ f~r its cc~sideratic~ an ~ A~ Extensic~
executed o~ November 3, 1993, by Diversified Properties as developer, f~r the
i~ of public right-of-way adjacent to the real pxuperty specifically
described therein, and generally locat_~d_ o~ the east side of Haven Avenue
WHEREAS, the installatiom of such ~, described in said
I~ Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the develo~ of said CUP 88-18; ar~
WH~RFAS, said ~ A~reement Extension is secured and
acc~panied by good and sufficient I~ Security, which is i_~entified
in said Lmprov-ement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement ~t Extension and said
hereby authorized to sign said Improv~ent ;~3reement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
