WHEREAS, the City Cour~il of the City of Rancho O~cam~,
Califc~-nia, has f~r its oonside~'ati~ an ~nt A~ Extensi~
executed on November 3, 1993, by Lewis Homes as developer, f~r the
of public right-of-way adjacent to the real pr~ specifically described
therein, and generally located on the south side of F~untain Vie~ D~ive, w~st
of Milliken Avenue; and
~{~EAS, the installation of such i~x~e~t~, described in said
conjunction with the development of said Tract 14365; and
WH~5~AS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
acccmpanied by good and sufficient I_~!x~ve~ent Security, which is identified
in said Impr~t Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho ~l~3a~nga,
California hereby resolves, that said Ia~em~nt Agreement Extension and said
hereby authorized to sign said I~ ~greement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
