~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~,~a~3~,
California, has for its consideratio~ an ~nt A~&reement EWcensic~
executed on November 3, 1993, by APmmansc~ Development as developer, for the
im~ of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described thex~in, and generally located on the ~ corner of 25th
Street and Etiwanda Avenue; and
conjunction with the developanent of said Tract 14139; and
~{~EAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Imp~ Security, which is identified
in said mprov~m~_nt Agreement Extension.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~amonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Im/~rovement Agreement Extension and said
hereby authorized to sign said Imp~ ;~reement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPRDV~D, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of ~, 1993.
