of public right-of-way adjaoent to the real ~ specifica/ly described
therein, and generally located c~ the w~st side of Etiwanda Avenue ~
S~,-~it Avenue and Highland Avenue; and

conjunctic~ with the development of said Tract 13812; and
WHI~EAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accr~p~nied by good and sufficient Ialx~e~ent Security, which is identified
in said Improvement AqreementExtension.
NC~, THInEFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said I~prov~e~t Agreement E~tension and said
hereby authorized to sign said I~xm~ent Agreement Extension c~ behalf of
the City of P~ncho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
