~%EAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho
California, has for its oo~sideratic~ an ~ A~ Extensic~
ex~o/ted c~ November 3, 1993, by ~me W(ll(~m Lyc~ ~ny as developer, for
the ~ of public right-of-~ay adjacent to the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located c~ the Northeast corner
of Base T.~ne Road and Ellena Avenue; and
~{~EAS, the installatio~ of such i~, described in said
Improvement A~3reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction withthe development of said Tract 13753-Lan~; and
WHEREAS, said Impr~t Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient I~0~oveme~t Security, which is identified
in said Impro~sm~nt Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Ranc~ O~mn~ga,
California hereby resolves, that said I~ A~ Extension and said
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
