WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho (kk~nga,
Califcxnia, has for its oc~sideratic~ an ~ ;~3reeme~t Extensic~
executed on November 3, 1993, by ~%e WJ11{~m Lyc~ (km~many as developer, for
the im[~--~ of public right-of-way adjacent to the real prupe~ty
specifically described therein, and generally located o~ the i=q(~d Day
WH~RFAS, the installatic~ of such i~m~ts, described in said
oonjunction with the develo~nent of said Tract 12812-Day Creek Boulevard; and
WHfREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NC~, THEREFORE, the City Council of tb~ City of Rancho C%~am~nga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
hereby authorized to sign said I~ ~nt Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
