Ordinance No. 58 on February 21, 1979, to establish requ/rements for
construction of public improvements in cc~jumctic~ with ~uilding permit

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANf~K)
CALIFORNIA HEREBY RESOLVES to accept said Real Property I~ Oontract
and Lien A~, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and
directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County, California.
