A RESOLUTION OF THE ~ OF THE CITY OF ~

P~DEVELOPM~T ~ AND MAKING ~ FINDINGS IN
R~ARD THERETO
A. Recitals
(i)
The (Lmm~nity Redevelc~ Law of the State of California
(Health and Safety Code Sectiotas 33000 et seq.), among other
Sectio~ 33445 which provides that a redevelc~ agency, with
the consent of the legislative body, my pay all ~r part of the
value of land for and the cost of the installatiom and
construction of any building, facility, ~ or other
improvement which is publicly owned either within or without a
project area upon a determination by such agency and such
legislative body by resolution that such h~{]a~ng, facility,
structure or otbmr i~ is of benefit to such project
area and that no other means of financir~ the same are
available to the c~,.tunity.
(ii)
The officially adopted Rancho Redevelopment Plan of the Rancho
Cucamonga Redevelopment Agency ("this Agency" hereinafter)
provides in part for the cc~u~truction of c~m,unity/cultural
facilities to serve said p~oject area, which includes such
expansion ("Project" hereinafter).
B. Resolution
NC~, THEREFORE, be it found, determined and resolved by the Council of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga as follows:
This Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the
Recitals, Part A, of this Resolution are true and correct.
The City of Rancho Cucamonga hereby consents to the Rancho
Cucamonga Redevelo~m~_nt Agency's funding of costs and expenses
related to the Project pursuant to Health and Safety Code
Section 33445.
To_is Council hereby specifically finds and determines that the
construction of the Project by and through the Agency's funding
will be of benefit to tb~ Agency's Rancho Redevelopment Project.
This CDuncil hereby specifically fir~m and determines that no
other reasonable ~means of financing is available to the
Agency's funding thereof as consented to herein.

5. The City Clerk shall testify to the adoption of this Resolution.
