WHEREAS, the oonstructio~ of public i~ for Seventh Street
I~, between Haven Ave~ae and Center Averse I~ Project, have
been cc~leted to the satisfaction of the City ~gineer; and
WHERFAS, a Notice of C~pletion is required to be filed, certifying
the work cc~plete.
NOW, THEREFORE, tb~ City Oouncil of the City of P~nd~o
hereby resolves, that the work is hereby acce~ and the City ~gineer is
authorized to sign and file a Notice of C~letion with the County ~ of
PASSED, ~, and ~ this 6th day of October, 1993.
