and adopted Resolution No. 86-305 ac~ir~ the Real Property I~
Contract and Lien ~3ree~-nt between Sup~4cote, Inu~a~, and the City of
Rancho ~amonga; and
WH~I~AS, said Real ~'~x~ty ~ Omaract and Lien ~
was recorck~_____ in the Official Recc~ds of San Be~na~lino County, State of
California; and
Imp~t Contract and Lien Agreement have been c~leted.
NC~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Oouncil of the city of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby release said Real Property Impr~ Contract
and Lien Agreement and authorize the Mayor to execute a 'gk~ice of Release of
Lien", and that the City Clerk shall cause said Release of Lien to be recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
