CUCAMC~GA, CAT.IFC~A, C~D~ING AND DIR~CITNG ~
PREPARATION OF A '~R~' P~R A ~ ~FAfr~_.TTIES
DISTRICT
9~{~%S, the CITY (IX~CIL of the CITY OF ~ ~,
CAT.TFC~qIA, (here/nafter referred to as the "legislative body of the local
C~mma%ity Facilities District pursuant to the terms ar~ -f~-ovisioms of the
'~4ello-Rooe C~m,~nity Facilities Act of 1982", being Chapter 2.5, Part 1,
Division 2, Title 5 of the Gove~---~ Oode of the State of California (the
~ FACFI.TTIES DIgrRICT NO. 93-3 (~L MA~I~ACE) (herinafter
referred to as the "District"); and,
WHEREAS, this legislative body directs, pursuant to the provisioms of
Section 53321.5 of the ~ COde of the State of California, the
preparation of a "Report" to provide more detailed information relating to the
proposed District, the prcposed public facilities and estimate of coet.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~A~o-nga does
hereby resolve as follows:
That the above recitals are all true and correct.
S~CTION 2. That the appointed SPEC/AL TAX OC~SULTANT is hereby
~ and ordered to prepare a '~%~x~t" to be presented to tb4~ legislative
body, generally setting f~rth and oo~tainir~ the following:
A. FAC~ JTIES: FUrther information and data
regarding a full and complete description of the public facilities proposed to
B. ~ ESTIMATE: A general cost estimate setting
forth costs of facilities, incidentals, contingencies and financing coets.
C. SPECIAL TAX: Further particulars and
documentation regarding implementation, defirtitioms and all ~ther mtters
n~ce~ry to clearly set forth the rate, method and ap~i~ for the
authorized special tax.
D. OTHER MATERIAL: All other mtarial ~
n~c~ry and related to the proposed Community Facilities District
S~CTION 3. Said "Report", upon its preparation, shall be
sukmnitted to this legislative body for review, and said "Report" shall be made
a part of the reoord of the public hearin~ on the Resolution of Intention to
establish said District.
