WHEREAS, it barn been reported that said Petition contains the
signatures of more than ten percent (10%) of the property owners of the area
of the prop~ to be subject to taxation for the propoeed works of
i~prove~mnt. Said Petition meets the requirements of Sections 53318 and 53319
of the Gove~=~a,~nt Code of the State of Califox~ia.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2. That it is hereby found that said Petition has been
signed by owners owning land constituting more than ten percent (10%) of all
taxable land within the bournaries of the proposed District.
s~crION 3. That said Petition shall be filed with tb~ transcript of
these proceedings and shall remain open to public inspection.
