A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY (IXH~CIL OF q~E CITY OF RANCHO

THE MAYOR AND CITY ~.WRK TO SION SAME (APN: 1074-171-22)
WHEREAS, a Real Property I~ Co~tract and Lien A~reement for
th~ installatio~ of off-site i~ including curb, gutter and pavement
was approved by City Oouncil and reoorded in San Berna~ COunty on Fe/xuary
25, 1988.

WHEREAS, the developer has suhni~ a Subordination Agreement to
that effect for the City's approval and execution.
NC~, TH~5~EFORE, the City Oouncil of the city of Rancho Cucamonga does
hereby resolve that said Subordination Agreement be and the same are hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby a~ized to sign said Suboxdination
Az3reement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk attest
thereto.
