WHEREAS, tb~ City Council of the City of Rand~o Cucamc~ga,
California, has for its consi~aratim an I~ ~reem_nt Extarsio~
executed c~ Se~ 15, 1993, by Star~ Pacific as developer, for the
im~ of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
_~ribed therein, and generally located o~ the noxT/~?.~t corner of Su~it
Avenue and Wardman Bullock Road; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~, described in said
I~=~e~t A~3reement a~ subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 13565-1 through 4; and
WH~FAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement A~reement Extension.
NOW, TH~I~DRE, the City Council of t_he City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement Agreement Extension and said
//~p~Dvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPrOVeD, and ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 1993.
