~4EREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
Califc~a, has for its consideration an I~ Agreement Extension
executed on Septe~ 1, 1993, by Lewis Hc~x~s as developer, for the
i~ of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on the north side of Ellena Street
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to tb~ terms thereof, is to be done in
cc~junction with the develoF~ent of said Tract 13753; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient I~$=~nvem~nt Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement A~reement EWcension and said
hereby authorized to sign said ~ Agreement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho CUcamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
