A RESOLUrIC~ OF THE CITY ~ OF THE CITY OF

EXT~SI~AA~) ~~FfH~TRACT 13857
~EAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho O~c~,
California, has for its consideration an ~ a~ree~_nt Extension
e~ecuted on August 18, 1993, by M. J. Brock & Sc~s, Inc., as developer, for
the i~ of public right-of-way adjacent to the real
of Milliken Avenue and Vin~ Drive; and
~EAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improv~-~nt A~3reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be dc~e in
oonjunction with the develoF~ent of said Tract 13857; and
~{EREAS, said Impr~ ~3reement Extension is secured and
accc~panied by good and sufficient L~ Security, which is identified
in said Improvement A~reement Extension.
NOW, TH~EF~%E, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said I~ Agreement Extension and said
hereby authorized to sign said I~ A~reement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
