A RESOLUTI(~ OF ~HE CITY ~ OF THE CITY OF RAN(~D
EXI~NSI(~ A~) ~ SE~/TY ~ TRACT 13303
WHEREAS, the City Oouncil of the City of Rancho
Califcxnia, has for its consideratic~ an I~ ~nt Extensic~
exeofoed c~ August 18, 1993, by Lewis F~m~es as developer, for the
of public right-of-way adjacent t~ the real ~rope~ty specifically described
therein, and generally located southeast corner of Mountain Vi~ Drive and
Terra vista Parkway and
WHEREAS, the installation of such i~o~:~m~, described in said
Improv~¥~ Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
oonjunction with the development of said Tract 13303 and
~EREAS, said ~nt ~reement Extension is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient I_~ Security, which is identified
in said Improvement Agreement Extension.
NC~, TH~REF-~E, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California hereby resolves, that said Improvement A~reement Extension ar~ said
hereby authorized to sign said I~ A~3reement Extension on behalf of
the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
